TEAM TENTS

Team Tents are available to be booked. Each tent size is 10 x 10 foot tent. A table, chairs and power are included.

 

It is possible to request to rent more than one tent (they will be connected to create one large space).

 

• Bookings made by March 15th - $800 USD + booking fee and credit card processing fee.

• Bookings made by April 1st - $925 USD + booking fee and credit card processing fee * subject to availability.

• Bookings made after April 1st - $1100 USD + booking fee and credit card processing fee * subject to availability.

 

Team Areas will be accessible from Thursday April 25th at 2PM

 

Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis with priority given to National Teams, UCI BMX Racing Teams, The World Cycling Centre.

• Bookings cannot be cancelled.

• No vehicles are permitted in the team tent area (excluding authorised pack -in and pack-out times)

• No personal tents are permitted. Any non-authorized tents will be removed. There are no other areas in the venue permitted for team tents.
